You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on this website and submitting your phone number, or by texting us first. The consent box is not pre-checked. The exact wording shown next to the checkbox is:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive calls and text messages from The House Guys at the phone number provided, including messages sent using automated technology, about my property inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
